Part number 02250137-895 is the third-generation intelligent air intake control valve specially designed for LS series 75-160kW industrial air compressors. It adopts military-grade pneumatic pilot technology and achieves precise air pressure regulation through an ultra-fast response of 0.3 seconds, just like equiping the air compressor with an "intelligent lung". The measured data shows that this valve body can still maintain a regulation accuracy of ±0.02MPa under a high pressure of 1.6MPa. This performance is far beyond the reach of many similar products. Its core valve core is made of special PTFE composite material, combined with a self-developed honeycomb airflow channel design. This not only solves the cold welding problem of traditional metal valve cores but also keeps the airflow noise below 75 decibels - equivalent to the volume level of an ordinary office conversation.
