Lubricating oil in the use of the process must be frequently checked, found that the oil level line is too low should be replenished in time, the use of lubricating oil must also often discharge condensate, generally discharged once a week, in high temperature climate should be discharged once 2-3 days. Stop for more than 4 hours, in the case of no pressure in the oil and gas barrel, open the oil valve, discharge the condensate, see the organic oil flow out, quickly close the valve. Lubricating oil is strictly prohibited to mix with different brands, do not use lubricating oil that exceeds the shelf life, otherwise the quality of lubricating oil decreases, the lubricity is poor, the flash point is reduced, it is easy to cause high temperature shutdown, causing spontaneous combustion of oil.
