This 6.3792.1 filter element is specially designed for Kaeser screw air compressors and is responsible for the oil mist separation task in the compressed air system. The multi-layer composite glass fiber filter element is adopted. Through the dual principles of mechanical interception and diffusion adsorption, the oil particle concentration in the compressed air can be controlled at ≤3ppm (measured working condition data), ensuring that the back-end gas-consuming equipment is not contaminated by oil.

Technical characteristics

Structural optimization: Built-in stainless steel support frame with a compressive strength of up to 0.8MPa, avoiding structural deformation under high-flow conditions.

Stratified filtration: The pre-filter layer captures large oil droplets, and the fine filter layer treats 0.1μ m-sized suspended oil mists.

Environmental protection adaptation: Compatible with ISO VG32/46 standard lubricating oil, with no risk of fiber shedding.
