This filter element is a dedicated oil separator filter element for Replace Sullair screw air compressors, mainly suitable for medium power models ranging from 37 to 75kW. The design is aimed at the characteristics of dust in the industrial environment. The traditional glass fiber layer is adjusted to a three-level gradient structure of "coarse-medium-fine" (outer layer 15μm/ middle layer 5μm/ inner layer 0.5μm), which improves the interception efficiency of sintering dust and metal debris while maintaining the ventilation volume.

Structural characteristics

1.Spiral wound stainless steel support mesh (thickness 0.3mm, mesh density 120 mesh)

2.The end cover is treated with a zinc-nickel alloy coating, and the salt spray test shows no corrosion after 720 hours

3.The sealing ring is made of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), with an oil temperature resistance range of -30℃ to 135℃

When used for non-original factory equipment, the following checks are required:

Bottom spring preload (standard value 18±2N)

Thread specification of return oil pipe interface (M24×1.5)

Suggestions for operation and maintenance management

Replacement determination: When the online differential pressure monitoring value exceeds 0.25MPa or the acid value (KOH) of the oil product is greater than 1.2mg/g, replacement should be carried out immediately

Compatibility replacement: It can temporarily replace some filter elements of the same specification, but for long-term use, it is recommended to use Sullair special lubricating oil

Environmental protection disposal: The oil content of the waste parts is approximately 12% and they need to be treated in accordance with the GB 5085.6-2007 standard
