Product Description

A vacuum pump oil filter is used to remove unwanted particles, such as debris and dust, from the oil that lubricates the compression chamber of a vacuum pump.  This ensures that the oil remains clean and retains excellent lubrication and sealing properties.

The filter is made of cellulose for standard applications, while for applications with extended oxygen content, it is made of glass fiber.

Vacuum pump oil filters ensure that the compression chamber is provided with clean oil for optimal lubrication. This prevents friction of the vanes inside the vacuum chamber, as well as any increase in temperature inside the cylinder. High temperatures cause oxidization of the oil, which has a negative impact on the filtration and lubrication process. This can have a severe impact on the performance and life span of your vacuum pump.
